Wesellrealestate.com.au is located in Albury-Wodonga, on the Border of New South Wales and Victoria. The family business was first established in 1972 by the late Arthur Phegan, then known as Phegan Real Estate, located at 1103 Mate Street North Albury.

Brian Phegan commenced his career in real estate under Arthur's guidance, opening in 1985 the Wodonga branch of the family business. The business continued to grow and expand, and was re-branded Brian Phegan's Town & Country Real Estate in 1982.

Today the firm is committed to meeting our customer's expectations. This process is managed through a commitment to quality, technology and innovation. In 2001 the firm was re-named Wesellrealestate.com.au to reflect this commitment, and moved to 5a Stanley Street, in the CBD hub of Wodonga.

A third generation family business, Wesellrealestate.com.au is the only real estate agent in the Border region to achieve SAI Globals endorsement as a Quality Endorsed Company, for real estate sales. This means that our procedures and policies are documented to international standards. Through this improvement system we aim to reduce the range of service (i.e. good and bad) that customers experience, so that our customers expectations are satisfied.
